Meditation is not about emptying your mind or escaping your life.


It is a gentle yet powerful practice that creates real shifts beyond a temporary calm in how you meet both the hard stuff and the regular day‑to‑day demands.

Meditation can help you:

  • Build resilience and release accumulated stress
  • Soften overthinking and busy‑mindedness
  • Grow mental steadiness, attention and focus – and learn how to place them on what truly matters
  • Develop a practice that supports how you want to live and who you are becoming

Current meditation offers:

  • Still Point – monthly online guided meditations
  • Inner Light – a four‑week introduction to meditation
  • 1:1 Meditation – a three‑month journey to build or deepen your own practice

I offer both in-person and online sessions.
