MENTORING
Working one on one with people is so special and it is a privilege to be able to forge deep and lasting transformation for another. It is exciting to share this process with you.
Mentoring offers a quieter place to be: a space to dampen down the noise, expectations and conditioning, and to see more clearly who you are being underneath and who you want to become.
What do I help people do?
- Find a quieter inner space, so you can respond to life rather than react to it
- Feel calmer and more grounded in daily life, with more composure when things are hard
- Develop greater ease with uncertainty and more acceptance of where you are right now
- Reallocate time to your real priorities – including yourself – and where you want to move forward to in your life and work.
This process is rooted in meditation philosophy, yoga, western psychology and neuroscience. We draw on meditation processes, breathwork, mindfulness, positive‑neuroplasticity tools and affirmative commitments to gently reshape how you see yourself and how you interact with your world.
No two people are the same, so what we cover will depend on you, what you are looking to do, and how you evolve through the process.

Learn how to breath properly. Just because we do it automatically doesn’t mean we do it well.
Look at why breathing helps us to change how we feel - both physically and mentally - particularly related to how stress is stored in our bodies.
Learn a few simple exercises you’ll be able to practise as soon as you finish the training.
The workshop is a mix of teaching and practice. There is an overview of the biology behind our breathing, how breathing plays a unique role in our autonomic nervous system, an opportunity to bring awareness to how you breath and learn specfic breathing techniques. The first step to living in harmony with our breath and body is to get to know them. When we develop an understanding of what our body is telling us we can begin to improve our well-being – mentally and physically.
The workshop is delivered through an online classroom and offers many practical applications for your own life.
