When I first started to look for ways to improve my focus, get more done and reduce the stress of my working day….
I found myself looking at even more unfinished to-do lists because I tried to work longer and push harder to get stuff done.
I felt even less in control of my time, more stressed and slept even worse – after following different magic blueprints and trying to adopt routines that didn’t work for me.
I even found I kept doom scrolling on social media searching for the perfect answer after struggling with the other rigid approaches I tried.
So how did I end up becoming a calmer person, able to manage my time effectively, bring my attention back from distractions, feel less stressed, sleep well each night and have the energy to find joy every day?
The truth is
There are a dozen ways to master your mind, create great habits and routine to become a calmer person more in control of your daily life
You’ve probably:
Read every book about building good habits and being more productive
Experimented using apps to calm your mind and help you sleep
Or even tried to join the ‘4am club’ to jump start your day and ended up even more exhausted not less
But after finding my own way from an ”always-on”, stressed, busy person, to a calmer, focused, more productive and happier place, I’d recommend doing things differently.
In fact those quick fixes and magic formula don’t work because:
They often ignore one of the root causes of your stressed, busy mind, which is being afraid or feeling guilty about stopping and resting to recharge
They fail to allow you to adapt to your own personal preferences, priorities and rhythms and do the things you love and bring you joy
So what’s the key to being a calm, measured, leader who gets the work done and has energy left to play?
I ended the endless cycle of stressful, busy days and long, sleepless nights with a shift in approach to my day.
Sometimes when we stop, pause and show some restraint we become more focused and consistently get more done without blowing ourselves up in the process.

A 12 week group coaching program featuring live weekly calls to support you in discovering what you need to live a more mindful day.
THE CORE - MINDFUL WISDOM
I’ll guide you through how mindfulness tools can unlock a new relationship with your thoughts and show you exactly how to use the breath to lead your mind into a state of tranquility and calm, whilst also being alert and aware.
We’ll cover everything from using breathwork to regulate and balance the nervous system to exploring if you wish to alter any programmed reactions or responses — including how I hold off the noise of the day by paying mindful attention each morning to my thoughts.
You’ll also get Breathwork & Meditation recordings for getting started so you don’t have to worry whether you are doing it right.
LAYER ONE: BE-ING SPHERE
Body – Self – Mind – Environment
I’ll walk you through a process to define what ‘be-ing’ you means and show you exactly how to:
- Listen to and interpret the signals from your body
- Understand your priorities, preferences and rhythms
- Think about how you think and make decisions
- Allow, accept and interact with the external environment
I’ll share how I used these tools to navigate a cancer diagnosis and make significant changes to my work life once I returned.
You’ll get helpful exercise sheets to work through to identify what this means in your life and how to apply it to be-ing you.
LAYER TWO: DO-ING SPHERE
Routines – Habits – Behaviours – Performance
I’ll take you through the practicalities of putting all of this into action and help you come up with a framework to give you back control over your busy mind and daily life.
We’ll go through ways to build great habits to use these mindful wisdom tools every day and create an adaptable, proven routine to optimise for your improved focus and make space to recharge .
We’ll cover how I use this approach to free up space to write each day alongside running my business.
You’ll also get a copy of a Daily Review Checklist to reflect on your day and plan for the next in 3 easy steps.
The Short Version
After watching the first training, you’ll already have experienced how easy it is to calm the mind with a simple arc of breathwork practice.
And by the time you start to tune into your body and thoughts and follow my steps for shaping your routine into blocks of pushes and pauses you’ll be only a matter of days away from feeling back in control over your time and busy mind.

Implement Micro-habits
We all know the hardest part in any process is implementing what you have learnt. I’ve found starting with micro-habits creates sustainable change. Then, as you collect data on your behavior you can adapt your habits in incremental loops. You learn how to reduce the friction and develop a smoother and flexible way forward.
Mindful Wisdom Community
When you enroll for Mindful Wisdom Unlocked you will be part of a small community of like minded women, where you can connect, discuss issues, share experiences and breakthroughs and find solutions to common challenges.
Individual Support
Where matters need more personalised conversations, you will have access to me via email or audio note to deal with matters as they arise for you or you need encouragement.
Accountability Call
The program is designed so the second half is focused on designing your unique framework and implementation. The accountability both from myself and the rest of the group, will support you in getting a calmer mind, creating space and feeling back in control over your daily life. PLUS there is an extra accountability call in the final weeks to check in on your progress and make commitments to your next steps.

Do I get instant access to everything when I sign up?
You will be able to access the classroom and see the first video lesson and all the relevant information for accessing the live calls and other material. The next weekly lessons will become available after each group call each week.
Will this give me step-by-step instructions on how to learn how to do breathwork and meditate?
Absolutely! There will be lots of time spent on teaching and practising how to do both of these with the videos, live teachings and audio recordings for you to use in your own time.
I’m really terrible at taking time out and sitting quietly. Will Mindful WIsdom Unlocked still work for me?
Yes! This was exactly where I was before I decided to commit to trying to meditate every day. The reason why we start with breathwork as the first mindful tool is because it is a really effective way to learn how to slow down. Plus, since it is the doorway into our parasympathetic nervous system you get the calming effect as quickly as a few steady breaths.
Once you start to experience the results you will be able to find stillness, attention and focus more easily.
How much time does it take to start to see results?
It depends. The value of adopting this approach in your life is only as good as what you do with it . It works — but only if you are prepared to do the work and put it into practice.
That said, you will feel an immediate impact of any kind of mindful breathing or meditation practice as soon as it is completed. The longer lasting and more impactful effects will become evident over the course of a few weeks and develop over time.
I feel on the edge of burnout — will this work for me?
It may, yes. This program is not intended to replace any medical or therapeutic interventions and I would recommend you seek medical advice if you feel this may be necessary.
However, the use of mindful strategies such as meditation can result in lower stress levels and promote better sleep, diet, and exercise habits, all of which will contribute positively in reducing the effects of a potential burnout.
How does the Mindful Wisdom Community work?
There are two ways you can interact with other participants during the program outside of the weekly live calls – via the online community in the course portal and a What’s App group. This is completely optional. It is there to build the community, connect, discuss issues, share experiences and breakthroughs and find solutions to common challenges.
How does this differ from Individual Support?
During the program you will have access to me via email or What’s App (voice notes) during the weekdays to ask any specific questions you might prefer not to share in the community.
